Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the raya24 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using our platform immediately.

raya24 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

raya24 services are open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of any territory that specifically prohibits online gambling activities.
• Has never been declared an undischarged bankrupt.
• Is not currently under a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period.

Each player is only allowed one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all such accounts without compensation. Personal information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete and current. raya24 reserves the right to verify a player's identity through the established account verification process.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

raya24 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. Available payment methods may change from time to time depending on system availability.

Minimum limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted and verified.

raya24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of bank account or e-wallet, and any other supporting documents deemed necessary. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless there is a technical reason preventing this.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

raya24 offers various promotions from time to time. Our welcome bonus gives 150% of your first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

All bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be directly converted to cash and have a set validity period. raya24 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice. Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

Game Rules and Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the raya24 platform honestly, responsibly and in compliance with all game rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Any form of collusion with other players to cheat or exploit the game system.
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
• Using another person's account or sharing login details.
• Any attempt at identity fraud or the use of false documents.

raya24 uses random number generator (RNG) technology that has been verified by an independent third party to ensure the validity and fairness of every game. Results produced by the system are final unless a documented technical error has occurred.

Account Security and Privacy

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login information, including your username and password. raya24 recommends that you:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your account details with any other party.
• Fully log out of your account after you have finished using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify our customer support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Your personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the raya24 Privacy Policy. We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or the relevant regulatory authority.

Responsible Gambling

raya24 fully supports responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides various self-help tools accessible to every member in their account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Loss Limits — limit your losses over a set period of time.
• Session Time Limits — set the amount of time you are allowed to play in a day.
• Self-Exclusion — apply to suspend or close your account on a temporary or permanent basis.

Suspension, Account Closure and Termination

raya24 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.
• Failure to pass the identity verification process within the specified period.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks have been completed, provided no fraud or terms violation is identified.

Limitation of Liability

raya24 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions beyond our control or unforeseen technical failures.

raya24 strives to keep our platform running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions or errors at all times. We will make every effort to resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible.
